Customer Success Manager, Strategic Financial Institutions (Finance)



Equifax is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our Strategic Financial Institutions team. In this role, you will be a key partner to two of our top financial institution clients, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solutions.

As a trusted advisor, you will manage the post-sale customer lifecycle, from solution onboarding to ongoing engagement and renewal. You will serve as a primary point of contact, ensuring our clients are successful and their needs are met.

What you'll do

  • Onboard and Optimize Clients: Lead the onboarding process to ensure a fast, seamless, and error-free launch of new and existing products. The primary goal is to get the client "up and running" fast with minimal errors, so the client receives value fast.
  • Manage Client Relationships: Serve as a dedicated liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Facilitate Business Reviews: Assist with the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews.
  • Ensure Customer Success: Proactively monitor client metrics and solution performance to confirm they are achieving their goals and getting the expected value.
  • Identify Opportunities: Partner with the Account Executive (AE) and Relationship Manager (RM) to identify and close new business opportunities by understanding client needs and recommending additional Equifax products.
  • Prevent Issues: Proactively engage with clients to address potential concerns and foster long-term loyalty.
  • Manage Renewals: Coordinate and manage the internal processes for client renewals.
  • Advocate for Clients: Serve as a client advocate within Equifax, ensuring their feedback and needs are considered by internal teams.
  • Provide support: Offer personalized support to customers, including training, product recommendations, and addressing concerns.

What experience you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a customer success, account management or similar client-facing sales role
  • Proven success in a relationship building type role, able to maintain internal and external relationships
  • Ability to establish milestones and keep all team members on task; strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience promoting value through the customer experience
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers

Equifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $129,000.00 to $150,000.00. This position is also eligible for our annual incentive compensation program.
