Traditions Home Health Services is seeking a kind, compassionate, skilled, reliable CNA to assist with our clients who reside in the Hyannis Area.

Available Shifts:
Mornings 8am-12pm, 9am-1pm, 10am-2pm
Day shifts: 5 hour- 12-hour shifts
Overnights: Typically, 12-hour shifts 7p-7a or 8p-8a

CNA Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting with daily living activities, bathing, dressing
- Monitoring vital signs, facilitating daily exercises according to the client's care plan, performing range of motion exercises, and walking.
- Assisting the clients with their meals and encouraging fluid intake during your shift.
- Adhering to infection control protocols.
- Conducting light housekeeping; making sure bed is clean and prepared, keeping client belongings organized, and keeping client's home organized, a clean safe environment.
- Engaging with your client in fun, stimulating activities to create joyful moments.
-Possible transportation required by CNA to doctor appointments or errands
- CNA would monitor and assist/standby client with all transfers and ambulation, client is a fall risk.
- Competently documenting shift activities digitally using a smartphone frequently during the shift.
- CNA would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
