FSQR Assistant & QA Assessor (Information Technology)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Review and update BRC policies and procedures. Coordinate re-training of mandatory policies plant wide. Maintain raw material and allied hazard analysis. Coordinate samples for microtesting, PH, and Aw for shelf life testing and other applicable needed laboratory testing. Assist in annual air quality testing. Enter and maintain applicable information for ingredients into Just Foods. Schedule and assist in BRC internal audits. Assist in monthly plant inspections. Coordinate re-calibration of all certified scales and metal detectors annually. Online research for applicable topics when necessary. Maintain customer databases as applicable. Complete case checks as needed. Perform daily QA audits. Any other duties as assigned by QA Manager and FSQR Coordinator.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND MEASUREMENTS OF PERFORMANCE
BRC policies and procedures are updated and accurate for annual audit. Provides satisfactory technical support to both internal and external customers. Contributes to the reduction of both HACCP and GMP violations.
