Employee Liaison Representative (Personal Services)



The Commons on Meridian is now hiring an Employee Liaison Representative

What will you be doing and how will you make a difference at American Senior Communities?

  • Making a difference in the lives of the residents we serve by providing them care and compassion
  • Assist in all phases of the recruitment process, including posting of positions, pre-screening, scheduling interviews
    for appropriate managers, checking references and submitting background checks.
  • Works with department leaders to finalize interviews, assist with job offers and arrange for new hire orientations.
  • Coordinates new employee orientation to review HR policies, and performs introductions to the community team
    members, residents and family members.

Requirements

  • Prefer an Associate's degree or higher
  • 1-3 years of HR and recruiting experience 
  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
