Bilingual Loan Servicer Support

This position is hybrid-remote and will require onsite work at our North Austin, TX headquarters.

Your skills:

  • High school diploma, GED, or vocational equivalent required.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in the financial industry or a related field is required.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience with loan processing and/or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills and proficiency in using standard office applications and office equipment.
  • Passion for providing outstanding customer service and a positive attitude.
  • Effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and organize work tasks.
  • Experience controlling negotiable instruments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
  • Ownership of the customer experience through issue resolution.
  • Adaptable to a productive team environment where knowledge is shared, and feedback and coaching are welcomed.

 What you will do:

The Bilingual Loan Servicer in our Lending Support department helps members with questions or issues related to their credit union accounts in a courteous and professional manner. In this role, you'll handle a variety of tasks, including assisting members with loan-related inquiries, maintaining loan files, and supporting other areas of the credit union's lending operations. As a Bilingual Loan Servicer, you'll also provide dedicated support to our Spanish-speaking members, ensuring they receive clear and helpful assistance in their preferred language.
