Customer Experience Specialist (Finance)

Overview

Our Brand Label team is positioning for significant growth, aiming to increase Medium Voltage (MV) Transformer orders and sales to over $1B annually within the next five years. The Customer Experience Specialist will play a critical role in this journey by leading order processing with our supplying partners, developing a comprehensive understanding of our MV Transformer offer, and ensuring organizational alignment to achieve this ambitious target.

Role Summary

As a strategic partner to the sales force and our supplying partners, the Customer Experience Specialist will be instrumental in delivering best-in-class service. This role involves identifying opportunities to improve processes, mastering SAP in plant order management, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to customers to support revenue and margin goals for MV Transformers.

• Leverage SAP and other digital tools to manage and optimize MV Transformer orders.

• Identify process and data gaps, drive improvements in operational workflows and end-to-end order management.

• Communicate effectively across teams and with supplying partners to ensure alignment and coordination.

• Resolve customer escalations promptly and implement preventive measures.

• Champion a customer-centric approach, continuously enhancing the customer experience.

• Contribute to the development of training materials for internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with internal teams and supplying partners to enhance the quoting and ordering experience.

• Manage and resolve customer escalations.

• Support and drive MV Transformer sales initiatives.

• Own the operational execution from project conversion to close-out.

• Apply strong business acumen to contribute to Brand Label's success.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams.

• Strong prioritization and task management skills.

• Demonstrated leadership and influencing capabilities.

• Self-starter with a high level of motivation and autonomy.

• Strong problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis.

• High digital acumen; SAP experience preferred.
