Senior Technical Architect (Finance)



We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile Senior Multi-Cloud Infrastructure and Integration Consultant with deep expertise in both Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and a strong background in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The ideal candidate will be a T-shaped professional with the ability to architect, implement, and manage complex, multi-cloud solutions while leading and mentoring technical teams.

To adhere to our corporate location policies, this resource will be required to be local to the surrounding Atlanta, GA . You are required to adhere to our Return To Office (RTO) / weekly onsite requirements (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

What you'll do

  • Multi-Cloud Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across OCI and AWS platforms, leveraging the strengths of each cloud provider.
  • Infrastructure Implementation: Hands-on implementation and management of core infrastructure services on both OCI (e.g., VCN, FastConnect, Compute, Autonomous Database) and AWS (e.g., VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Direct Connect).
  • Integration Development: Develop, configure, and maintain robust integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect applications and data sources residing in OCI, AWS, and on-premises environments.
  • DevOps and Automation: Implement and manage DevOps pipelines and automation scripts using tools like Terraform, Ansible, Git, and Jenkins to streamline deployments and management across both cloud platforms.
  • Cross-Cloud Security: Design and enforce security best practices for multi-cloud environments, including identity and access management (IAM) on both AWS and OCI, network security, and data protection.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize the performance of multi-cloud environments and integrations to ensure high availability and efficiency.
  • Technical and Functional Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions for a variety of enterprise applications.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning in a multi-cloud environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and present complex multi-cloud and integration solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical and functional documentation for all multi-cloud projects.

What experience you need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical role, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience architecting and implementing solutions across OCI and AWS
  • Certifications: AWS Professional-level and/or OCI Professional-level certifications are highly desirable. OIC certification is a significant plus.

    • APIs: Deep understanding of RESTful and SOAP APIs.

    • Business Acumen: Strong functional knowledge of enterprise business processes (e.g., finance, supply chain).
    • Translating Requirements: Proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable technical requirements for a multi-cloud environment.
  • Communication Skills:
    • Written Communication: Exceptional writing skills for creating professional documentation, proposals, and reports.
    • Verbal Communication: Outstanding verbal communication skills to articulate technical and functional concepts to diverse audiences.
    • Presentation Skills: Confident in presenting solutions and ideas to senior leadership and clients.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to multi-cloud challenges.
    • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
    • Leadership: Proven leadership abilities to guide multi-cloud projects and mentor a team.
