PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Account Manager in the management of client services for CCA products on assigned accountsPerform a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily customer service operationsQuickly obtain an in-depth knowledge on the direct mail and non-profit industry terminologyAssist with the management of internal departmental workflowsProactively mitigate potential issuesEnsure that all postal mailings meet standard regulationAid in the assessment of project material allowance and inventoryAll other duties and tasks assigned
