Director of Strategic Accounts (Finance)



As a Director of Strategic Accounts here at Honeywell, you will have a pivotal role in driving the company's strategic growth. Your strategic guidance and ability to identify new business opportunities will contribute to the company's overall success and position it as a leader in the industry.As the Director of Strategic Accounts, you will provide strategic guidance and direction for the sales organization, drive sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in account management or sales, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Strategic Account & Partner Engagement
  • Serve as the strategic lead for partner collaboration for Data Center accounts.
  • Establish and drive joint partner-customer account strategies that support both adoption and expansion across business units, regions, and functional teams.
  • Orchestrate alignment between account executives, customer success, solutions engineering, and partner teams to ensure partners are tightly integrated into account growth strategies.

Enterprise-Wide Expansion
  • Design and execute partner-influenced expansion plans to grow share of wallet and new opportunities.
  • Identify whitespace and net-new use cases where partners can drive incremental value and services.
  • Ensure joint efforts between partners and Honeywell teams contribute to increased product consumption, license expansion, and improved revenue.

Partner Collaboration & Governance
  • Lead joint account planning sessions with strategic partners and internal teams.
  • Establish structured governance models, including QBRs, pipeline reviews, and performance scorecards across partner-customer engagements.
  • Foster trust and transparency between Honeywell and partner teams by sharing account intelligence, joint objectives, and co-sell plans.

Operational Excellence
  • Track, measure, and report on the impact of partner involvement in adoption, expansion, and renewal motions across strategic accounts.
  • Use Salesforce and partner analytics tools to drive visibility into joint engagement and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal partner operations, enablement, and program teams to scale successful practices globally.
