Operations Delivery Manager (Finance)



The Operations Delivery Manager is a critical leadership role that ensures the efficient and effective delivery of IT operational services, with a particular focus on integrating and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations within the broader IT framework. This role requires a blend of operational management expertise, technical understanding of IAM principles, and strong data analytics skills to ensure secure, reliable, compliant IT services that align with business objectives.

The Operations Delivery Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of IT services and infrastructure, while also ensuring the seamless integration and effective management of IAM processes. This position involves leading operational teams, managing service delivery, implementing service improvements, ensuring the security and integrity of digital identities and access controls across the organization's environments, and utilizing data analytics to drive operational efficiencies.

Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday and Friday), with 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) every week.

This role reports to our office in Alpharetta, Georgia.

This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.

This is a direct-hire role and is not open to C2C or vendors.

What you will do

IT Operations:

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of IT services, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.
  • Oversee service delivery processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and request fulfillment.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures, SLAs, and KPIs to monitor and improve service quality.
  • Coordinate with various IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve operational issues.

IAM Operations Integration:
  • Manage IAM operations within the IT operations framework, including user provisioning/deprovisioning, access reviews, and lifecycle management.
  • Ensure the operational aspects of IAM systems are maintained and functioning effectively.
  • Respond to and resolve IAM-related operational incidents, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.

Project & Program Management:
  • Manage IT operations projects and initiatives, including the implementation and maintenance of IAM solutions, ensuring timely delivery and minimal disruption.
  • Coordinate resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication for operational projects.

Governance & Compliance:

  • Ensure IT operations and IAM practices comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits and reviews to maintain a secure and compliant IT environment, including IAM processes.

Data Analytics:
  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in IT service delivery and IAM operations.
  • Develop and utilize dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and provide insights into operational performance.
  • Use data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Lead and mentor IT operations and IAM team members, fostering a culture of operational excellence, security awareness, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to deliver secure and efficient IT services.

What experience you need
  • 7+ years of experience in designing, building, supporting, and managing IT applications/projects with recent experience in IT operations management, service delivery, and incident management.
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience, including previous functional and/or technical solution architecture experience on a team/project.
  • 5+ years of experience in Cyber Security with a solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and operations.
  • Experience developing with additional platforms/languages a plus (Java, .NET, Python, etc).
  • Knowledge of security frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk management principles.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience with incident response, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in using data analytics tools and techniques to derive insights and support decision-making.
  • Experience with SailPoint and Ping Identity.
  • Experience with the following: IGA Platforms, Access Reviews, User Provisioning, SCIM, SSO, MFA, RBAC, Azure Active Directory, SAML.

  • Cloud Certification Strongly Preferred.
  • Exposure to any of the following tools: Microsoft Entra ID, StrongDM, ThoughtSpot.
  • Experience with any of the following: OIDC, OAuth 2.0, LDAP, PAM, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes.
