Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the DON in planning, organizing, and directing the nursing department.
  • Ensure quality resident care and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in CA.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory or management experience in a SNF/LTC setting.
