Food and Beverage Server (Part Time) - Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport (Finance)

The beautiful Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Airport is seeking for a full-time Room Attendant to join their housekeeping team! This 174-suite property is located less than 10 minutes from the Orlando International Airport terminal, just short drive from the Orange County Convention Center, USTA, Universal Orlando Resort, SeaWorld Orlando, and the Walt Disney World Resort! Ideal Candidate will have at least 1 year of Bartender, Server, Sales and Customer Service experience and will be able to communicate in English and understand the language. Mixology, Menu Creation and Crafting experience will be a plus.

Shift Pattern: Full Availability for shifts between the hours of 2pm and 12am, weekdays/weekends/holidays as needed.

Pay Rate:$9.98 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Ensure knowledge of menu and restaurant promotions and specials
• Take guest food and/or beverage orders and input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
• Retrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
• Serve alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
• Ensure serving station is well-stocked at all times
