UX/UI Designer (Finance)



For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $112,000 - $168,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

The AI Customer Offers team at Schneider Digital is seeking a talented UX Designer to help shape exceptional user experiences for sustainable AI solutions.
In this role, you'll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and end users to define intuitive interfaces and impactful product communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive, engaging, and user-centered products in a collaborative team environment.
  • Conduct market analysis and user research to understand customer needs and pain points.
  • Partner with product managers and developers to define use cases and high-level requirements.
  • Create service and experience architecture, interaction flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Develop personas, journey maps, and conceptual diagrams to guide design decisions.
  • Lead design reviews, iterate on feedback, and facilitate the design process.
  • Produce videos and communication materials to showcase AI capabilities on the AI Center of Excellence site.
  • Navigate ambiguity with confidence and mentor junior designers and interns.
  • Explore emerging technologies relevant to the AI Platform.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • 6+ years of UX design experience, ideally in enterprise software.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven track record as a UX designer, interaction designer, or information architect.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work and problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma, InVision, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience designing complex workflows for technical users.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML systems and their integration into enterprise applications.
  • Deep knowledge of usability principles, information architecture, and design best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile and/or SAFe methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills-both verbal and written.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams and lead design discussions.
