What Youll Do:
Perform repairs and maintenance efficiently and accurately based on repair orders
Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic equipment to identify issues
Handle all major systems: engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, A/C, electrical, and more
Work closely with Service Advisors to communicate any additional repairs needed
Provide accurate estimates for repair time
Complete all warranty repairs to manufacturer standards
What You Bring to the Table:
2+ years of automotive technician experience preferred, but not required
High school diploma or equivalent
ASE certifications and B-level qualifications (diagnostic, electrical, engine repair) preferred, but not required
Strong customer service skills and basic computer knowledge
Positive, friendly attitude with a willingness to grow and improve
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Comfortable with learning new technology, repair procedures, and specifications
Valid U.S. drivers license and a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
