LOGISTICS/FLEET WARRANTY SPECIALIST (Finance)



Responsible for the direct handling of fleet warranty claims for the network. Create and file warranty claims with the manufactures based on warranty contract coverage and warranty policy guidelines. Monitor, support, and reconcile warranty claims to recover expenses and align funds to relevant Workorder/Claim. Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the network in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR). - High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer skills
- Ability and willingness to learn maintenance systems
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Customer service skills

Desired
- Any previous experience working with warranties- Serve as point of contact for all warranty claims
- Review repair history and document warranty claims in our Maintenance Software
- Assess warranty claims, ensure relevant supporting documentation is available, and respond/decide accordingly
- File claims in the manufacturer or supplier software
- Articulate the complaint, cause and correction of all claims in clear, concise, writing
- Arrange for shipment/delivery of parts or replacement items if a claim requires it
- Maintain work area in a clean and orderly fashion
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance
