What You'll Do:

• Provide resident-centered OT evaluations and treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to promote functional independence
• Document progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory guidelines

What We're Looking For:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in California
• Skilled nursing or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented
