  • Performcomplex contract negotiations, including both business and legal terms, toimprove supply reliability and lower costs.
  • Identify and drive cost reductionefforts through new supplier identification and perform low-cost countrysourcing and strategic pricing negotiations.
  • Maintain relationships andcoordinate activities with material and service vendors.
  • Process purchaseorders through Oracle ERP.
  • Lead initiatives, seek input, and communicateresults/processes. Foster communication and teamwork within and acrossorganizational boundaries.
  • Drive work process and efficiency improvements.Coach and mentor new purchasing associates.

What makes you great (REQTS)

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Supply ChainManagement or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the joboffered or in a related position. In the alternative, must have a Master'sdegree, or foreign equivalent, in Supply Chain Management or a related fieldand three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position

  • Musthave (5) years of experience (or in the alternative three (3) years ofexperience) with: Leading global end-to-end high purity copper procurement forthe semiconductor industry; Strategic sourcing of forms of metals: ribbons,powder, ingots, wire, and preforms used in development and production ofproducts supporting various high purity semiconductor applications; Leadingsemiconductor material and packaging change management with the quality,engineering, production, and product management team; Low-cost countrysourcing, ensuring optimum quality of goods/services while protectingorganizations' intellectual property for the items used in the semiconductorindustry; Leading and managing global supply of critical items, ensuring stablesupply, quality, and uninterrupted deliveries in semiconductor industry;Analyzing market trends, geopolitical risks, and timely developing alternatesources impacting goods/service supply for high purity metal fabricationmaterial; Reviewing, approving settlements while negotiating and deliveringoutstanding results in increasing return on sales of scrap metals generated by metalsused in semiconductor industry
  • Up to 25% of domestic travel required
  • Salary: $118,060.56 - $130,350/year
  • Full-Time;Mon-Fri (40 hours per week)
