Project Manager (Finance)

How will you make an impact?

  • Act as subject matter expert for the Verse/Atlas team when it comes to values, events, and resources
  • Schedule and coordinate new employee welcomes to the smaller Atlas/Verse org, as well as any other specific meetings requested by the manager to help the new employee onboard
  • Act as go-to individual for employee inquiries and requests, must be able to act as a resource and be able to point employees in the right direction
  • Help manage and coordinate morale activities such as All Hands, Birthday/Anniversary Celebrations, Global Community Month, Customer Appreciation Week, external employee events such as Summer and Holiday events
  • Coordinate scheduling and calendars for the GM and broader team meetings and activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on daily tasks, projects and strategic initiatives
  • Plan and execute engagement events for employees, whether it is games, getting to know your coworker activities, and team building exercises
  • Create opportunities for employee feedback and process the results for the leadership team to review
  • Take part in the Culture Committee that reviews candidates for internal roles and assess a culture fit
  • Help the General Manager and Business Operations Manager with scheduling company events (Quarterly All Hands, etc.) as well as planning and coordination of key client events that take place in person twice a year
  • Coordinate with NiCE's Recruiting and HR team for scheduling needs
  • Schedule and coordinate new employee welcomes to the smaller Atlas/Verse org, as well as any other specific meetings requested by the manager to help the new employee onboard
  • Act as go-to individual for employee inquiries and requests, must be able to act as a resource and be able to point employees in the right direction
  • Create materials and content for company events, such as the Quarterly All Hands
  • Document processes and procedures for employees to use as a resource
  • Focal point for Global Facilities for all preventative maintenance activity and ongoing maintenance agreements, ensure that stocks are maintained, project management of facilities projects, and manages all aspects of space use (moves, occupancy reporting, etc.)
  • Provide Facilities and a workplace environment that effectively supports business OPs and employee wellbeing and morale
  • Office Supplies/Ordering - provide necessary goods and services cost effectively within the budget
  • Office Equipment Maintenance/Copiers & Printers/ Shredders/ Mail/ UPS/ Postage
  • Complete ad hoc projects as directed by the Manager, Business Operations and the General Manager

Have you got what it takes?
  • 2+ years Office Management Experience
  • Track record of identifying problems, proposing solutions to key stake holders and logistical execution
  • Experience managing vendor relationships
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively under tight deadlines as well as balance multiple projects by prioritizing effectively
  • Experience in fast paced work environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
