ISC Production Supervisor (Finance)
As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee production processes, ensure goals are met efficiently, maintain quality and safety standards, lead a team, manage resources, and implement improvements. You will report directly to our ISC Production Supervisor and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location.
In this role, you will impact the overall productivity and operational excellence of our production facility, drive continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of safety and quality.As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee production processes, ensure goals are met efficiently, maintain quality and safety standards, lead a team, manage resources, and implement improvements. - Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
- Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to analyze production data and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
