Consultant Relations Coordinator (Remote) (Finance)



The U.S. Employer Consultant Relations team drives relationship growth and development with key firms at both a national and local level. The team leads the development of consultant strategies, analyzes data to identify opportunities and risks and establishes touchpoints with key consultant partners.
The Consultant Relations Coordinator will work with the team to provide these partners with the information, tools and resources to efficiently and effectively sell, and best articulate Cigna's value proposition in the market.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with Consultant Relations Directors to develop and execute strategies for key consultant partners and select markets.
  • Assist in the strategy, planning and implementation of events and leadership meetings, including on-site participation where appropriate.
  • Provide first point of contact operational support for firms that are directly managed.
  • Prepare reporting packages with consultant data for distribution internally and externally. Analyze the data to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Work collaboratively with the entire Consultant Relations team to track, organize and distribute operational information.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years insurance industry experience preferred
  • Strong project and process management skills, with high attention to detail
  • Experience in analyzing data to identify trends and summarize insights
  • Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook skills
  • Proficient in webinar & conference call management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Team player with proven ability to manage strong working relationships within a matrix organization

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 75,300 - 125,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
