Honeywell's ACST team is seeking a Sr. Human Resources Generalist for our Plymouth, MN location. In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to broker HR services and utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.

Are you ready to help us make the future?As a Sr HR Generalist here at Honeywell, you will manage HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and HR policies. Drive employee engagement and support workforce development.You will work out of our Plymouth, MN location on a Hybrid work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience
  • U.S. Citizenship to obtain and maintain government security clearance
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Experience in managing employee relations, including investigations and conflict resolution

  • Proven track record in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive work culture
  • Experience in performance management processes, including goal setting and development plans
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition and organizational design strategies and best practices
  • Ability to navigate and interpret HR regulations and legal requirements
  • Experience supporting managers with teams across the US
YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
  • Actively engaging in talent acquisition/management, organizational development, performance management and workforce planning initiatives
  • Acting as a coach and confidant
  • Working closely with peers and COEs across the company to plan and implement various initiatives and processes
  • Manage employee relations, including handling employee inquiries, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Managing key HR cross business programs and priorities
  • Using HR data and analytics to influence and drive key priorities
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Supporting succession planning and talent development/retention
  • Incorporating Inclusion and Diversity in everything we do

The salary range for this position is $85,600 - $107,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.
