“A Day in the Life”

As a Regional Inside Sales Manager, every day is an exciting adventure! You'll kick off your morning by diving into the previous day's sales performance and pipeline status, ensuring your team is on track to smash their targets. Next, you'll lead an energizing morning meeting with your inside sales team, setting a positive tone for the day, brainstorming innovative strategies, and tackling any challenges head-on.

Throughout the day, you'll be the go-to mentor and coach for your team, providing them with the support and tools they need to shine. You'll also get to flex your analytical muscles by studying market trends and competitor activities, tweaking your sales strategies to stay ahead of the game. Your role will involve plenty of dynamic interactions with clients, where you'll negotiate contracts, resolve disputes, and ensure they receive top-notch service.

By the end of the day, you'll compile detailed reports and forecasts for senior management, showcasing your team's achievements and identifying areas for growth. Your ability to juggle these diverse responsibilities with finesse will be key to driving revenue growth and maintaining stellar client relationships. “What You'll Do”

• Develop and execute a comprehensive inside sales strategy to achieve and surpass regional sales goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of inside sales professionals, providing guidance and support to drive performance.
• Set and communicate clear sales targets and quotas for the inside sales team, ensuring they are aligned with overall company objectives.
• Manage the inside sales pipeline, monitor leads, and ensure the team is working effectively to close deals, including negotiation of customer contracts and pricing agreements.
• Develop and maintain excellent OEM Partnership relationships.
• Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and email campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive excellent service and support, including resolution of customer disputes.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
• Continuously optimize the inside sales process for efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Conduct market research to understand regional trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Provide training and development opportunities for the inside sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
• Identify and target new clients or business opportunities within the region to expand the customer base.
• Work Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:30pm, with hybrid potential.

“Must Haves”

• 5-7 years of proven success in inside sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding targets.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and financial skills.

“Nice to Haves”

• Strong understanding of rental and distribution of electronic test and measurement equipment is a plus.

The specific pay rate and level, if applicable, will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications, prior experience and location.
