What You'll Do:
- Prepare and cook a variety of delicious meals in large quantities.
- Follow prepared menus and portion control guides.
- Accurately prepare special diets and pureed foods.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment.
- Record food temperatures and ensure food safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to provide exceptional dining experiences for our residents.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and follow recipes and dietary guidelines.
- A passion for cooking and a heart for serving others.
