Summary
The Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective account management. This role involves coordinating with various teams, overseeing project execution, and identifying opportunities for service enhancements.

Responsibilities and Duties

Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Project Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and execution of landscaping projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Sales and Proposals: Prepare and present proposals for new and existing clients, including landscape enhancements and maintenance services.

Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure the quality of work and address any issues promptly.

Budget Management: Manage budgets for client accounts, ensuring profitability and cost control.

Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on account performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.
