This position performs experiments using live mice, rabbits, mammalian cell and tissue culture in vitro, electrophoresis of protein and nucleotide samples, microscopy and other modes of imaging, flow cytometry analysis and other immunological methods, and gene transfection using CRISPR/Cas9 technology.
