Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides for our client who resides in Newton. This shift is an awake overnight shift.

Shifts Available:
7 Days per week 7pm-7am

Job Description:

Assist with the Activities of Living, personal careAssist with Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, dishesMonitor client frequently throughout your shiftDocumenting frequently throughout your shiftAssist with toileting and/or incontinent careEncourage walking, exercisingEncourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlanCompetently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphoneHome Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
