Installation Manager (Finance)



Installation Manager - Sales Equipment

Position Summary

To serve our internal and external customers by managing the preparation, installation and delivery process to ensure the timely and professional delivery and installation of vendor marketing equipment according to established standards in order to increase company sales and profits.

Essential Functions

  • Manages, trains and develops employees to ensure that they are performing job duties in accordance with established standards.
  • Ensures that company policies, standards and procedures are met, followed and maintained in accordance with established company policy (e.g. OSHA, DOT and safety compliance, Federal/State/Local Laws).
  • Schedules all deliveries, installations and pick-ups for our vendor and cooler marketing equipment to customer locations; ensures that all equipment is prepared on time so that delivery dates and times are met.
  • Manages the delivery and installation process for National Pepsi accounts; ensures that deliveries and installations are performed within National Pepsi required time frames and that PepsiCo provides required payment for National account jobs.
  • Performs Service Manager and Installation Manager - Fountain job duties as needed to cover from absences from work (e.g. vacation, personal days).
  • Communicates with customers and works with co-workers and employees to resolve issues regarding equipment preparation, installation and delivery and problems that arise at our customer locations.
  • Ensures that equipment inventory levels are maintained according to established standards to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Completes inventory reports, open Equipment Move Order reports and other paperwork according to established company policy; reviews and approves time-off requests and time cards.
  • Maintains confidentiality of financial information, employee information (e.g. discipline, wage information), customer information, pricing, and other sensitive and confidential information.
  • Works assigned schedule, exhibits regular and predictable attendance and works outside of normal schedule as required to meet workload demands. Performs other related duties as required.

Education

2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent work experience in Business required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Business preferred.

Experience

1 - 3 years of installation management (or closely related) experience. Supervisory experience.

Computer Skills

Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Certifications & Licenses

Valid Driver's License required; Class A Commercial Driver's License strongly preferred. Employee must be insurable to operatea vehicle, as a condition of initial and continued employment. Must be able to be trained to operatea Forklift.

Other Requirements

Knowledge of:retail sales environment; beverage industry; inventory systems; general accounting and management principles; trade equipment (e.g.coolers, vendors, fountain equipment); state and federal building codes; Microsoft Office Suite. Skill in:internal and external customer service; training and coaching; scheduling deliveries. Ability to: train, develop, manage and lead a team; work quickly, efficiently and independently; multi-task; communicate effectively with customers and other employees both verbally and in writing; adapt to change; relate to and influence customers; develop and maintain good working relationships; problem solve; delegate; operate a computer, scanner and hand tools.
