Your Role: Multi-Craft Technician
As a Multi-Craft Technician, you will be part of the site maintenance team supporting the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of a GMP manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining equipment, ensuring safety compliance, supporting cross-functional teams, and continuously developing technical skills.
Your Responsibilities:
Ensure a safe work environment by following all HSE and PPE protocols and actively contributing to safety programs.
Maintain 100% completion on required training and development plans; demonstrate continuous learning and skill sharing.
Perform maintenance tasks including troubleshooting, repairs, documentation, and compliance in a GMP manufacturing environment.
Collaborate effectively with operations and other departments to complete tasks and foster a positive team culture.
Support system and documentation accuracy in SAP CMMS, including PMs, BOMs, and job plans.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Required Experience: At least 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance or equivalent experience
Top Skills: Maintenance and mechanical skills (millwright, pipefitter, welder, fabrication, lubrication, rebuild, etc.); strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills and a safety-first, team-oriented mindset
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
Associate degree in industrial maintenance or related field
Previous experience in GMP or regulated manufacturing environments
Familiarity with SAP or other CMMS systems
Competency in instrumentation, automation, and mechanical systems (valves, drives, motors, welding, pipefitting, etc.)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities
