Assoc Engineer Design (Engineering)



Job Summary

Responsible for supporting new product development projects. Create new product designs, generate prototypes, and produce technical drawings for manufacturers.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create new product designs, generate/evaluate prototypes, and produce technical drawings.

  • Utilize CAD software to develop models, technical drawings, PCB layouts, or software architectures.

  • Collaborate with product divisions to identify user needs, design requirements, and project timelines.

  • Work with legal to design and implement new intellectual property.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, or software engineering.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Solidworks/3D modeling software and prototype fabrication. - Experience in new product design.

  • Position requires travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (domestic and international).

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$68,640.00 - $99,320.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
