Job Description:

We are seeking an organized, creative, and results-driven individual to join our team to support HPE Event Communications and Sales Enablement. This role is instrumental in coordinating event communications, driving attendee engagement, and enabling the sales team with the resources and tools needed to succeed. The ideal candidate has a strong background in event communications, content development, and sales support, with exceptional written and verbal communication and project management skills.

We are seeking an individual with high attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ability to think creatively and out of the box, continuously raising the bar for internal and external communication is essential for this role.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage pre-event, on-site, and post-event communication plans to ensure seamless attendee engagement.

• Create marketing collateral, email campaigns, social media content, and other promotional materials to drive event awareness and registration.

• Collaborate with graphic designers and content teams to produce event assets (e.g., brochures, presentations, banners).

• Gather and analyze post-event feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and measure ROI.

• Work closely with the sales operations and communications teams to provide event-related materials, talking points, and follow-up strategies.

• Create and distribute sales toolkits, including overview decks, customer justification letters, and event supporting materials.

• Conduct training sessions to prepare the sales team for event participation, including lead capture processes and engagement strategies.

• Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and consistent messaging and branding.

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and corporate messaging, to align event theme and messaging with business goals.

• Manage copy vendors, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all aspects are executed efficiently and flawlessly.

• Generate reports and analytics on event outcomes, sales performance, and audience engagement.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in event planning, communications, or sales enablement roles.

• Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Stensul) and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

• Availability for travel as required for event execution.

The expected salary/wage range for a U.S. -based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered. USD Annual Salary: $115,500.00 - $266,000.00
