Manufacturing Leadership Intern (Project Management)
The Manufacturing Leadership internship is a hands-on, leadership-focused experience designed for college students interested in a future in manufacturing leadership. Interns will work closely with the Plant Manager and Production Supervisors to gain a deep understanding of operations, oversee production processes, and develop leadership skills necessary for operations leadership roles.

Rising seniors pursuing a degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Students who have a strong interest in manufacturing operations and leadership.
Individuals who thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving.
What You'll Do
Interns will rotate through various aspects of manufacturing operations, spending time on the production floor overseeing processes, learning materials flow, quality, coordination, and leadership fundamentals. This immersive experience includes direct mentorship, exposure to multiple departments, and real-world problem-solving. The program culminates with a final presentation to the Genesis Leadership Team, where interns showcase their key takeaways and recommendations based on their hands-on learning.
