Home Health Aides (Healthcare)

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking a compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced Home Health Aides for the Framingham area to assist with our clients who are in need of support and companionship.

Shifts Available:
Weekday mornings: example 8a-12p or 9a-1p or 10a-2p (sometimes clients request afternoon hours 12pm-4pm)
Day shifts: 5-10-hour shifts
Evening shifts: example 5p-9p/10p
Overnight shifts: Typically a 12 hour shift: example 7p-7a or 8p-8a


Job Description:

Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
Assist with light housekeeping
Encourage walking, exercising
Providing stimulating conversation
Activities
Possible transportation to doctor's appointments, shopping, etc.
Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
