Packaging Operator (Manufacturing)

As a Plastipak Packaging Operator, you operate equipment to manufacture plastic containers for leading consumer brands and ensure proper packaging.

Location: Medina, OH

Pay: $17/hr +, based on experience

Shifts: Mon-Fri

• 1st: 7am-3pm
• 2nd: 3pm-11pm
• 3rd: 11pm-7am

You Will:

• Operate equipment in the finishing stages of production in a safe manner
• Assure quality standards are always met by inspecting & removing products with visual defects
• Pack products for distribution
• Clean & maintain equipment to assure optimal operating performance
• Grow your knowledge & skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences

You Have:

• Mechanical, electrical or other technical/machine operation ability.  This can be experience gained through paid or unpaid work
• Able to use basic hand tools, such as wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, etc.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
