What You'll Do
- Assist Occupational Therapists in delivering personalized care.
- Implement treatment plans and document patient progress.
- Motivate patients during therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with the rehab team for the best patient outcomes.
What You Need
- Active Arizona COTA license (or eligibility).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
- SNF or inpatient rehab experience is a plus, but not required.
- New graduates encouraged to apply!
