Essential Job Functions · Champion the billing processes, mastering the art of invoicing and deftly reconciling accounts to keep our financial engine running smoothly. · Take charge of crafting and sending out billing invoices, ensuring accuracy and prompt delivery for a seamless experience. · Be the friendly face for our patients, not just settling accounts but becoming the go-to resource for any billing queries they might have. · Embrace the role in finances by skillfully collecting payments and expertly allocating them to the right accounts. · Dive into the world of data entry with finesse, keeping our records up-to-date and meticulously organized. · Guard patient confidentiality, handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion. · Lead the charge in compliance, ensuring our facility is always in sync with Federal and State Long Term Care statutes, setting the gold standard in ethical care.

Requirements and Qualifications · High school diploma or GED certificate · Computer skills · Knowledge of billing systems, medical terminology, and insurance providers, including Medicare and Medicaid · Strong communication skills · Attention to detail · Ability to work independently · Obtain and maintain CPR certification, AZ DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card, and tuberculosis test. · Requires physical activities involving various movements of the body. Requires long periods of sitting to perform work often while working on a computer. · Regularly required to talk, hear and read. · Friendly polite and courteous demeanor · Able to take direction · Excellent communication skills · Work and cooperate as part of a team
Schedule This is a thrilling opportunity for a full-time role in a healthcare facility that operates round-the-clock, 365 days a year. While the primary hours for this position are during the day, Monday through Friday, brace yourself for the occasional need to sprinkle your expertise during holidays, evenings, and weekends.
