Supervisor Claims and Provider Enrollment (Finance)



Work Schedule :

This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday 8:00 AM -4:30 PM. This is a hybrid position when in the office, you will work at 7974 UW Health Ct. in Middleton, WI. Qualified candidates should expect to work onsite approximately two times per month; however, it could be more based on department needs.

We are seeking a Supervisor - Claims and Provider Enrollment to:

  • Plan, direct, coordinate, and control the operations and activities of Provider Enrollment.
  • Ensure group and provider enrollment for UW Hospitals and Clinics, UW Medical Foundation, UW Systems, and other affiliated UW Health entities and providers.
  • Coordinate with IS resources to resolve problems and coordinate activities for areas including, but not limited to claim edits, claim definition files, paper and electronic form output, and claims.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree in business, healthcare administration or related field Required
  • Two (2) years of experience in business, healthcare administration or healthcare revenue cycle may be considered in lieu of the associate degree in addition to the experience below.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business, healthcare administration or related major Preferred

Work Experience

  • 3 years of experience in a healthcare revenue cycle or at least 1 year of related experience in a leadership role. Required
  • 3 years management experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations for a large, complex health care environment, including experience in an academic medical center. Preferred
