Here's what you'll do:

• We are looking for energetic individuals with positive attitudes to join our team and help create our life and sight saving devices. All new employees receive thorough training specific to their position, so no previous related experience is required. Attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, focus, and a thirst to learn and advance your career are the keys to success.
• Candidates should also be able to follow written and verbal instructions to ensure the precise assembly of our surgical instruments used around the globe to save the lives or the eyesight of surgical patients.
• Overtime is frequently available and is compensated at 1.5 times the normal hourly rate, which is commensurate with experience.

• Entry level position, no previous assembly experience required
• Solid work history in any industry will be considered

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Usual hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., 40 hours per week, overtime may be required as needed.
