Plant Foreman (Maintenance)
Operations & Production Oversight: Supervise day-to-day plant activities, including blending, loading/unloading materials, and coordinating work orders to meet production goals.
Safety & Compliance: Uphold all OSHA and company safety standards. Maintain clean, compliant, and well-organized facilities and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Support the maintenance of plant machinery, troubleshoot equipment issues, and coordinate repairs with internal and external technicians.
Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Monitor raw material levels, track inventory, and communicate with logistics and fleet teams to ensure smooth product delivery and operations.
What You Bring:
3-5 years of experience in plant operations, industrial production, or a related leadership role.
Proven ability to manage priorities and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
Working knowledge of industrial equipment, maintenance processes, and safety practices.
Valid Driver's License with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights or weekends as needed during peak season.
Mechanical aptitude and hands-on approach to troubleshooting.

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Pay: $25-$30 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Paid bi-weekly
