Administrative Assistant (Administrative)



Westminster Village is seeking to fill a full-time Administrative Assistant position in Pensacola, FL. This position will support the community's administrator with general administrative functions. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are highly organized and passionate about the work that they do! Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide support to the Administrator in preparation of reports, proposals, special projects, etc.
  • Answering and routing incoming calls

Education:

High school diploma and college/vocational/technical training; Equivalent educational and work experience for a business environment.

Experience and Basic Knowledge:

General business experience and the ability to work with people in all types of situations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.  An understanding and sensitivity of the confidential nature of material.  Ability to handle multiple tasks.  Experience communicating with supervisors, managers, and residents.
