Accounts Receivable Specialist (Maintenance)

CarStar is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our growing team in Doylestown, PA. Weve been recognized as a "Best Place to Work" for six consecutive years and are committed to supporting our employees and fostering career growth.

What Youll Do:

Reconcile and post incoming payments from the CARSTAR collision stores.
Prepare and process deposits, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
Process monthly statements on the first business day of the new month
Create credit reports at end of month for General Managers and Controller.
Post any outstanding items to the bank account.
Order deposit supplies and maintain accurate filing.
