Finance Specialist (Finance)
As a Finance Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities. You will work with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and provide insights to drive informed decision-making. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
In this role, you will report directly to our Finance Manager and work out of our Geismar, LA location on a hybrid work schedule.

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis principles.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel and SAP.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
- Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to change.
