This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

As a Manager, Segments, you will play a critical role in managing and driving the success of specific business segments. In this role, you will be accountable for developing and executing strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring operational excellence. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential in achieving business objectives.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success and growth of the business segments, contributing to the overall success and performance-driven nature of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage a specific business segment to achieve growth and profitability targets.
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and market expansion.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop new business initiatives.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and achieve focus.
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage financial performance and budgeting for the business segment.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Prior experience in managing a business segment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving targets

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
