Personal Lines Account Manager - Remote (West Coast Preferred) (Maintenance)
Be a go-to contact for clients--kind, helpful, and reliable
Market and remarket our insured requested policies
Manage customer relations by reviewing quotes, reviewing current policies, offering new carrier quotes, or policy review of current carrier (handle changes, billing questions, and renewals)
Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes with accurate documentation
Work closely with teammates to solve problems and support each other
Help retain happy clients through great service and timely communication
What We're Looking For:
Ideally 2-3 years' experience in personal lines insurance
Licensed in P&C
Detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and a team player
Clear communicator who cares about doing great work
Optimistic and coachable
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
