The Role:Join a team that's passionate about helping people and doing things the right way. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll support our clients and teammates by handling policy changes, answering questions, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Successful candidates have previous personal lines experience with a strong eye for detail and able to work independently.
What You'll Do:
Be a go-to contact for clients--kind, helpful, and reliable
Market and remarket our insured requested policies
Manage customer relations by reviewing quotes, reviewing current policies, offering new carrier quotes, or policy review of current carrier (handle changes, billing questions, and renewals)
Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes with accurate documentation
Work closely with teammates to solve problems and support each other
Help retain happy clients through great service and timely communication
What We're Looking For:
Ideally 2-3 years' experience in personal lines insurance
Licensed in P&C
Detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and a team player
Clear communicator who cares about doing great work
Optimistic and coachable
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
