Production Tech (Manufacturing)

Job Summary
Youll build, test, and quality-check our hardware devices used in customer deployments. This role is hands-on on the production floorassembling electro-mechanical sub-assemblies, running test fixtures, documenting results, and partnering with Engineering and Supply Chain to hit daily output targets with zero-defect quality.
Job Description

Assemble electro-mechanical units from work orders, drawings, and SOPs.

Perform functional testing, calibration, and basic troubleshooting with multimeters/oscilloscopes.

Record lot/serial traceability and test results in the ERP/MES system.

Execute rework (connector swaps, wire harnesses, light SMT reflow) per IPC guidelines.

Conduct in-process QC checks; flag nonconformances and support root-cause/corrective actions.

Maintain 5S standards; keep cells audit-ready and organized.

Kit components for upcoming builds; reconcile inventory discrepancies with Materials.

Support RMAs: receive, evaluate, and disposition returned units.

Follow ESD/EHS policies and ISO 9001 procedures; contribute ideas for yield and cycle-time improvements.
