Job Summary

The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) for the Local Solutions business will report directly to the Local Solutions Finance Director and hold a key financial leadership position overseeing the annual budget process, forecasting process, strategic plan and financial reporting. The role will partner with the Finance Business Partners within the business unit to help strategically drive the business forward.

Job Location

This role will work a hybrid schedule out of our corporate office in Sandy Springs, GA.

Job Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Preparation of consolidated financial reporting to Management
  • Working with the business partners, analyze and interpret operational results, evaluating variances, and assessing the effect on plant, area, and regional operations.
  • Drive the simplification and continuous improvement of the reporting suite ensuring it is user friendly, accessible, clear and focused on the most important metrics and trends including through using effective and efficient media and technology
  • Prepare and manage the annual budgeting process for the Local Solutions business
  • Coordinate and own the weekly forecasting process, including identifying key risks and opportunities and support the development of relevant action plans with the leadership teams
  • Incorporate research on pricing, cost, competitors' trends and other factors affecting performance into our reporting suite
  • Provide business modelling and risk assessments as required
  • Develop and prepare annual, quarterly, monthly, and ad-hoc financial and KPI reporting
  • Support critical business projects that underpin the strategy, including providing data and insight, developing business cases and production of financial analysis.

People Leadership
  • Lead, coach, develop and mentor a team of 2 - 3 finance professionals.
  • Work with analysts in the business units to support overall financial planning and analysis needs
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement and professional development, ensuring effective performance management and talent development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Advanced Degrees, CMA, CPA a plus.
  • 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, ideally in a global public company environment with significant exposure in manufacturing industry
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Experience with complex ERP systems
  • Advanced MS Office
  • Mergers and Acquisitions experience a plus
  • Travel - up to 10%
