The successful candidate will learn about the Strategy and Execution team through supporting the team with the implementation of a new project management system, report creation, project analytics, and project coordination and updates. Responsibilities:As a Member of Johnsonville's Strategy and Execution team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience through the following duties:

• Enter and review data for new project management system
• Create and modify portfolio, program and project reporting in project management system
• Develop documentation for new processes and reporting
• Analyze project data for discrepancies and work with project manager to resolve
• Assist Project and Change Managers coordinating activities including scheduling meetings, taking notes, etc.
• Assist Project and Change Managers updating timelines and resources in the project management system

Education:

• Candidate must currently be working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field
• 3.5 minimum GPA strongly preferred

Experience:

• Prior work experience preferred

Skills and Competencies:

• Quick learner, ability to work independently
• Desire to learn, grow and contribute in a team-based environment
• Must possess a drive for excellence

• Must be at least 18 years old
