Position Overview:
This position is for a Campaign Lead for our Intel Data Analytics Campaign. This role requires a strong understanding of predictive analytics and cognitive assistant for intelligence solutions, as well as the ability to work closely with our technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative technology solutions, from concept and shaping through execution.

Responsibilities:
Work in tandem with Business Development to build and maintain the campaign pipeline
Oversee/lead/support capture of proposal efforts within the campaign
Oversee/lead/support the execution of programs within the campaign
Collaborate with Engineering/R&D for technology needs within the campaign strategy
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems) and/or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP).
Domain experience in Intel Data Analytics systems: A thorough understanding of AI for cognitive assistance, Large Language Models/Agentic Systems, AI-based applications on drawing insights from fused multi-INT data, related USG customer organizations, and current software implementations related to these areas
Mastery of tailored communication: Demonstrated ability to adeptly convey complex information, from high-level strategic insights to detailed technical discussions, ensuring clear understanding and alignment across executive briefings, customer presentations, and engineering team collaborations
Execution experience: Proven experience in leading and managing complex campaigns or programs, demonstrating the ability to oversee project lifecycles from conception through to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and successful delivery of mission-critical outcomes
Active TS/SCI U.S. Government Security Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Poly
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.) in a related field
Certifications in leadership or project management (e.g., PMP)
Experience with Agile software development: Demonstrated understanding of Agile principles and practices, including experience in leading cross-functional teams through iterative development cycles with a track record of successfully delivering high-quality software solutions in a fast-paced, adaptive, and collaborative environment
Expertise in capture management, with a proven track record of developing, executing, and overseeing comprehensive and winning capture strategies
Recognized industry expertise in Intel Data Analytics, with a deep and comprehensive understanding of the field that is well-known and respected by both customers and industry peers
