We are seeking a Junior Taxable Trader to join our Minneapolis, MN office to support our trading desks and help deliver the full scope of Piper Sandler's services to our clients.
This role offers a unique opportunity to join a growing team while gaining exposure to multiple areas of the fixed income markets. The analyst will work closely with traders, sales professionals, and other fixed income specialists to build expertise and contribute to the firm's client-focused mission.

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $65,000 - $70,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
