FT Receptionist 30hrs/wk. (Administrative)



Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a friendly, professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage front desk operations and visitor sign-ins
  • Provide information and assistance to residents, families, and guests
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Support administrative staff with daily office tasks

Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)
  • Additional duties as assigned
