Position Summary:
Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Material Handler, where you'll play a vital role in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order processing. In this hands-on logistics role, you'll be responsible for loading and unloading materials, moving products using material handling equipment (pallet jacks, dollies, forklifts), and preparing goods for shipment or storage. You'll also unpack, sort, label, and store inventory items, assist with cycle counts, and ensure stock accuracy and rotation.

This position supports smooth supply chain operations by processing incoming/outgoing freight and maintaining records in the inventory management or ERP system. Additional responsibilities may include packaging kits, breaking down bundles, and supporting warehouse organization and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and move materials manually or with material handling equipment.
  • Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments; prepare and process outgoing freight.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock rotation.
  • Use warehouse systems to track shipments, update purchase orders, and document inventory movements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  • Support kitting, bundling, and special order processing as needed.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution center environments.
  • Comfortable using handheld scanners, inventory software, and basic shipping tools.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
  • Team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently with moderate supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with WMS or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Familiarity with shipping/receiving practices and material handling equipment.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $31,800.00 - $47,700.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
